In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we wanted to check in for a moment and wish everyone well. We hope you are staying safe while this continues to impact people throughout the world.
We also wanted to be fully transparent that Tightrope is sensitive to the spread of the virus and in doing our part, our staff are working remotely in order to minimize risk.
Here in New York, businesses and individuals are doing everything necessary to slow the spread of the virus. Self-isolation and social distancing have proved to be effective at minimizing the spread of the virus. We urge our customers to consider using their purchasing power to support small businesses now more than ever.
We are implementing precautions for the workshop, such as only one person in the workshop and going in only when absolutely necessary. We will remain operational and continue to ship orders placed to the best of our ability. Please be patient as we try to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.
